This five-part educational series led by our team of reproductive mental health professionals will provide insight into how pregnancy, postpartum and parenthood can impact your mental health.
We will provide details about coping skills, resources and treatment options available to help you during this time. This series will span five weeks with hour-long sessions occurring every Wednesday at 7 p.m.
You can choose to attend individual sessions or join us for the entire series. This series is designed to supplement work you may already be doing with your therapist/psychiatrist, as well as provide support to expectant parents who may not be involved with a mental health provider. Please scroll down for details about each session.
Each session is just $35. Or you can sign up for all five right now and save $15 (you pay just $160). No matter what you decide, you are sure to come away from these sessions with valuable insights and information.
Wildflower Center for Emotional Health PLLC is co-sponsoring this series! We are offering continuing education credits (CEUs) to attendees. This series will provide one CEU per talk (five CEUs for completing the whole series). The series is approved for PMH-C renewal.
