Medication management
We have a number of prescribers (mostly psychiatrists and one advanced nurse practitioner) who can assess a patient’s need for psychotropic medications. After a thorough evaluation, we’ll provide insight on diagnoses, recommendations for medications to consider and education about possible side effects, safety and effectiveness. Just because you are meeting with a psychiatrist doesn’t mean that you will be prescribed medications. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive assessment and discuss treatment options that can include medications.
Therapy
We have a number of qualified therapists who are capable of providing individual therapy for adults or children, as well as couples. Our therapists often pull from various modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic work, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), relational work, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and exposure and response prevention (ERP). Our child therapists additionally engage with play therapy and/or family work.
