Meridian Psychiatric Partners, LLC is a preferred provider of BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois and Blue Choice insurance networks. If you carry this insurance, our practice will be considered an in-network provider and submit your claims to your insurance on your behalf. However, you should be aware that some Blue Cross Blue Shield Mental Health plans are administered by a third party, and Meridian Psychiatric Partners may not be considered an in-network provider. YOU SHOULD CONTACT YOUR INSURANCE CARRIER TO VERIFY YOUR COVERAGE AND BENEFIT BEFORE SCHEDULING YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT.

The practice is also a preferred provider for the Northwestern University Student Health Insurance Plan and the School of the Art Institute (SAIC). If you are a student and wish to seek services with us, you will need to obtain a referral from CAPS or the SAIC.

We are happy to provide services to patients with insurance other than those listed above. You will be asked to pay for your services at the time of your visit, and we will gladly provide you with an invoice that you may file with your individual insurance carrier for reimbursement according to their rates and your insurance plans.
